لعلك في أحد الأيام قمت بمسح ملف هام عن طريق الخطأ أو تسبب عطل حاسبك بضياع ملفاتك كلها! لا مشكلة فبرنامج Recuva (يلفظ Recover حسب تصريح الشركة المصنّعة) المتميز بواجهته البسيطة قادر على استرجع ملفاتك كلها وبسهولة.
لمعرفة كيفية استرجاع الملفات المحذوفة على نظام تشغيل ويندوز، قم باتباع الخطوات التالية:
- قم بتحميل برنامج Recuva من هنا وتنصيبه كأي برنامج عادي.
- بعد انتهاء التنصيب سيبدأ عمل البرنامج تلقائيًا وستظهر لك نافذة الترحيب (في حال عدم ظهورها قم بتشغيل البرنامج بشكل عادي عن طريق الأيقونة الموجودة على سطح المكتب)، وبعد ذلك قم بالضغط على زر Next للمتابعة.
- ستظهر لك في النافذة عدّة خيارات مثل (Video – Music – Documents….) ومنها ستختار نوع الملف الذي تريد استرجاعه، ثم اضغط Next للمتابعة.
- في النافذة التالية قم بتحديد مكان تواجد ملفاتك قبل فقدانها، ثم قم بالمتابعة إلى النافذة التالية وقم بتفعيل خيار Deep Scan الذي يقوم بالبحث العميق في كافة أرجاء القرص الصلب الخاص بك.
- بعد الانتهاء ستظهر لك النافذة التالية، والتي ستقوم عن طريقها باختيار الملفات المراد استرجاعها علمًا أن الدائرة الملونة بجانب اسم كل ملف تدل على حالته وإمكانية استراجعه، فالدائرة الخضراء تدل على أن الملف بحالة جيدة ويمكن استرجاعه بشكلٍ كامل، والدائرة الصفراء تدل على أنه بحالة متوسطة وقد تستطيع استرجاعه بشكلٍ كامل، أما الدائرة الحمراء تدل على أن الملف بحالة سيئة وقد لايعمل في حال تم استرجاعه.
- بعد تحديد الملفات المراد استرجاعها اضغط على زر Recover ومن ثم قم بتحديد المجلد الذي تريد استرجاع الملفات إليه، علمًا أنه من الأفضل أن يكون المجلد على القرص الذي كان عليه الملف قبل الحذف وهذا لضمان نتائج أفضل.
ملاحظة: قد تسمى بعض الملفات بأرقام ورموز عوضًا عن اسهما الحقيقي، ولهذا إن لم تجد ملفك المطلوب قم باسترجاع جميع الملفات المرقمة والبحث ضمنها، وبهذا تكون قد استرجعت ملفاتك كاملةً، وتذكر أن تقوم بعمل نسخة احتياطية عن ملفاتك المهمة.
